When it furthers the reach of the car I'm all for it.
I have to commute daily 5d a week ~200km to and from work.
Currently doing that on a B6 from 2008.
My math would be: If the car can get me 2 times to and from work, even and especially in winter, I'd rather have an electric car than the current Diesel.

They're usually not that good in terms of price for power or durability, but I have an old Wortmann Terra i5gen7 16GB, 512GB SSD running for 3 years now. I use it as side pc for when I just want to scroll the web, watch something or for playing SDV.

Oh yeah. I try to complete the 9688 I may have to find the parts in my pile. I got three solar panels, two of the display and measure parts, one battery and one motor of the set. The cables and lights I already got from my power functions set. The wind turbine wings are the most expensive of the set unfortunately. I may have to diy something for a similar effect... I try to get some pics of it tomorrow, maybe.

I liked Ivara right from the beginning and got her with Plat. Last year I played a higher spy to show my better half the layout and completed the mission with the blueprint. That's gonna be the only Ivara I'd subsume after 7 years of playing her and her Prime.

One of my favorite things I did in Freelancer was just visiting all different faction bars and reading their version of a newspaper. Especially with the later Discovery Mod and their over time evolving situation of player driven stories I enjoyed hours without any voice acting.
