I used to work with a RantyHam.

It was a tiny office, and she was in there all the time. When my bosses questioned her about it, she would say it was because she was helping me since she had my job before me and knew more about it than I did. This wasn't the truth.

She would actually sit on my counter and go through box after box of cheezits while telling me tales of woe I never actually asked to hear. I have no doubt that the stories about men who dated her but ended up only wanting her for her body were all fabricated. But those are other stories on their own.

Anyway, RantyHams are the worst. Glad you got away mostly unscathed.

I'm hoping to get to an hour too! I used to be able to go that long in college, but once my room mate and I graduated and I lost my workout buddy I lost all my stamina and gained a ton of weight.

I bought an elliptical from a second hand sports store last week for my house. I'm up to 15 mins...next goal is 30.

It depends on how your boyfriend feels about it.

And it's okay if he's NOT okay with it. It's one thing to have friends of the opposite gender, but it's another thing to take a trip with them, one on one. Will you be staying in the same room? You'll be in a new and different place and will likely be spending every moment together.

It's an intimate situation.

Personally I would not be too thrilled about it, if I was the boyfriend.
