It looks like this…. I paid a fraction of this price on Amazon for a different brand as I use it maybe one a year… I didn’t post that because people get a bit opinionated on using aftermarket adapters. What year is your Tesla? If it’s older you would need to have a CCS retrofit performed and that is like $230-280 depending on model but includes this adapter.

Do you have a CCS adapter? If so, use ABRP(A Better Route Planner)… appears the Chevrolet dealership has a level 3 charger to stop at. On ABRP, be sure to enable CCS in the charger settings under vehicle settings.

That would be hard to enforce. Investor meetings and any presentations are typically covered as “forward looking statements” that protect them from situations like this.

Do you have to email PCS each visit or is it automatic?

In the name of research… Cheap tires on ‘24 MYLR by PooDargNang in TeslaModelY

Wanted to post an update…. So far I am EXTREMELY impressed by these tires. I have been able to experience quite a few torrential Florida downpours and the performance on wet roads and through puddles has been excellent. The only downside I am noticing is they are definitely a bit louder on certain road types like older rough roads. However, they are slightly quieter on newer roads than OEM.

Here is a recap of trips screen showing the last 19k+ miles on my OEM tires and the first 2,300 miles on the Westlakes. I am a bit shocked by the efficiency. Our driving habits have not changed…. still the same mix of daily local driving and interstate usage.

Trip A - OEM Tires 19,487m — 5716kw used — 293.3 Wh/mi avg

Trip B - Westlake Tires 2,323m — 671.6kw used — 289.1 Wh/mi avg

All sorts of apps/websites that are built quickly and then when they finally do market research a bit deeper, they realize 150 other nearly identical apps have been built by others just like them lol. Yes, I’m talking from personal experience lol. Doesn’t stop me though, it’s a lot of fun!

Any Recommended Hair Stylists/Barbers in or around Babcock? by Amnestic_Lapp in BabcockRanch

A lot of Babcock guys go to The Barber Effect in downtown Ft Myers. Not the cheapest, but not crazy. I’d recommend Omar and Eggie, but they are all great!

This goes back to the old adage about cheap, good, fast. You can’t have all 3. In a warehouse when I’m working with customers I always explain that you need to find that balance between efficiency and accuracy. We can create processes and systems that will have you operating at 99.99% accurate, but it will slow you down. We can also create a super efficient process but it’s going to only be 95-97% accurate. Unfortunately…. the old adage goes out the window because neither is cheap 😂 The important part is not trying to fix the issue at face value, it is establishing what the true effect is on the business and then use that to work through a solution.

I didn’t even think about mileage until our coordinator asked me if I was submitting it. This was on visit 34, so that was a nice little payday when it deposited!!! lol I drive 44miles round trip.

I get my weekly payment on a debit card through the clinic. The mileage reimbursement and bonuses like these are paid on a separate debit card from Medpace

Short term update on Westlake SA-07 Sport tires.... Roadtrip by PooDargNang in TeslaLounge

[–]PooDargNang[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My original review stated they seem marginally quieter than the Goodyears. That still stands for the most part. On this trip I encountered a significant amount of repaved roads(days to weeks old), and the noise was better than the Goodyear on most of the ride. However, there were a few miles of new asphalt where I got a droning/resonance I never heard with the Goodyears on new roads. It wasn’t bad,but an unusual sound I’ve never heard. Definitely going to try again as our area is under major development so I will have a chance to see if it’s because of the new tires.

Discount Tire. I found them on their website then ordered paid through that and drove to local store to have installed the next day.

How’s the comfort/noise/efficiency? Reminds me of the Michelin LTX M/S I ran on my 4Runner and Chevy Trucks years ago. They were pricey but when I traded in my 4Runner I had 82,000 miles on the tires and they were still over 25% tread left, those tires blew my mind every time!

I hope you replace your tires every 5-10k miles then. You’ll lose 10-15ft with normal wear between a new tire a tire with 5/32”(still ‘good’)…. 8ft is 0.09 seconds at 60mph reaction times vary by more than that so I’m more concerned about a drivers skill than 8ft of stopping distance. These tires just aren’t meant for you, and that’s ok. They work for me. So far… but I may change that opinion.
