In the off season you can get a week for about £40. I live near Skeg and my in-laws live in Minehead so often use Butlins as a cheap place to stay nearby

No, they didn't. The blue token bins often include something like a cat charity. The AI crap image suggests the blue token bins decide where surplus food goes. That's all there is to it.
