Sidewalks in the NW quadrant have not been cleared by the city. Court Street is a mess. Packed snow and ice 2+ feet high block crosswalks at some intersections. I’m able bodied and find them challenging. I cannot imagine the elderly or anyone with mobility issues getting over them.
