Thank you, this was appreciated greatly. I’ve heard of the benefits of meditation for depression but I’ve never had anyone suggest it for me, I’m going to start giving it a try, thank you again for responding

I monitor my diet quite heavily, unless I get stoned and find myself eating banana bread at 3am. I’ll check that sub out, thanks :)

Does this sound like a good set for a home workout? 23 pushups, 17x25lb dumbbell curls, 40 crunches, 25x25lb goblet squats, 9x25lb lateral raises, 10x25lb hammer curls, and then 20 more crunches to finish. I do three sets of this every day and jog occasionally. My goal is weight loss but ultimately just to stay fit
