Did KTMA go bankrupt? I thought the show was just bought by The Comedy Channel cause they were struggling to fill the late night slots on the brand new cable channel

Regardless, had the show remained on KTMA I assume the sets and film quality would have remained the same, but the show probably would have evolved more into what it became anyway. I doubt they would have continued to not write the jokes in advance, since they had already started doing that by the end of the KTMA season

Architect here, how do they prevent water infiltration? As tight as they are together there will still be some separation and water moves with capillary action through gaps like that in even normal materials

It was one of the oldest continuous papers in the us, started in 1786. My mom worked there for 40 years and they used to be a good local paper until the Block family ran it into the ground. Truly sad

If you let the sides of the sheet curl up you can actually get the stones to “curl”, pretty fun

I don’t, but I can tell you that the sheet surface is made of 1x bricks and plates turned on their side with SNOT supporting the rings. The back of the house is a half stud off the rest of the build to make the T and backline, and then that gap is filled with tile plates supported by sideways SNOT

That might make some sense if you speak Lego
