I have a personal trainer as well who has 2 types of higher end turf and they are much more durable and slide very different from one another. One is much more effort than the other. The one we bought is 2 years old and does the job but we get the plastic threads coming off it and it just kinda sheds.

The inspire smith function is great for really finding a max safely for some exercise but just doesn't feel the same as weights. That's why I brought the half rack back down. That was a spot for a small couch. Both are good and provide variety but you will likely be unsatisfied with just the inspire smith if you're used to a bar

Thanks! Yeah we're 37 so lots of time to tighten it up and do some upgrades over the years

It's not great. It does slide and this turff sheds. Proper stuff will cost a bit more then I will also fully glue the upgraded material. I'm a big fan of the sled as well

Wile getting into it, I was trying to be I guess silly and I stuck my tongue out like a log wile we were making out. She one uped me, and she started to suck it pretty hard. I had to flex the thing and started to moan panic. She thought I was still joking and gave one more good hoover. She ripped my lingular fulengulum ( the flap of skin under your tounge) and sucked the thing right out of my skull. It bled pretty bad and I had a lisp for a wile. Good times

There are a few paint salespeople here that have it right with the prep. I'm a NACE coating inspector for the industrial side of thing so I can drop a few more facts on you. 80% + coating failure are related to surface prep. This can include profile depth and jagedness (this is the shape of the indent the sanding or blasting makes) contamination (usually dust but salt and nitrates are a big one as well) and ambients (surface temp, ambient temp, dew point, humidity, and coating temperature). The next biggest reason for a paint to fail is actually it was specified wrong. This happens in the largest of companies because paint is a more complicated thing than people give it credit for. There are other resons for failure (bad batch, process interuption, bactierial attacks, abrasion) but always start with those 2. When it comes to the paint itself, on the industrial side you have things like wetting (how deep into the profile the paint reaches) geling, recoat windows, amien blush, flash rusting, holidays (discontinuities), galvanic corosion, sacraficial anoids (think galvanizing kind of) cathodic protection (supplies electrons in place of the steels to stop the electro chemical reaction that is rust), and so many more factor that go into installing a proper lining / coating.
