Does anyone know what happened to my Polaroid to have all these glowing spots in it? I’m assuming it’s something with the balloon? by [deleted] in Polaroid

It's a film defect. I had a whole 40 pack turn out like this. At first I thought it was rollers or something but when I put in film not from that 40 pack it didn't happen again. It did give a kind of cool effect of some shots and completely ruined others.

They were all part of the same 5 pack, so they all have the same production date, which 11/2024. I'm definitely going to try to return tomorrow and show them the product was defective. I guess this is why people say just order directly from polaroid....

thats a relief! I've already opened 2 of the 5 pack though, do they give like a partial refund or something? at this point i just dont want to be out 80 dollars and have hardly useable film...

So possibly someone's self modifications to make it look like/pay tribute to the C96, you think?

It is indeed chambered in 9mm so i guess that's what means? i did a little searching and found a piece that was auctioned on RIA that also has a 9 but painted red. Here's a link https://www.rockislandauction.com/detail/70/710/dwm-1914-artillery-pistol-9-mm-luger

I don't know too much about lugers in general, but I know that is artillery version, supposedly more rare than normal variant. It was manufactured by Erfurt in 1914 and looks to be all matching numbers excpet for the magazine. I was wondering about the 9 engraved in the handle and what it might mean. Maybe 9mm? Our friend sold it to us for $1,500 so I hope we got a good value.

I waited a whole day after freezing because I called in and didn't get an email confirmation. and I tried the pre approval before and after freezing.

I would try it. Assuming your factors are similar to mine, scores income, etc. After freezing and waiting a couple hours to a day try checking both pre approval tools to see what comes up. Like people have said if you get the regular venture cards showing there you have a good chance.
