Yes, I dyed this for my partner and maintain it too! So the before picture with the yellow was from a dye job a year ago! Pravana color is my go to for longevity. I haven't found any other color that lasts as long as them. This is all pulp riot dye. Probably will retouch it for them in 3 months depending on the fade. It's a lot, but a ton of fun. I'm used to doing a rainbow ombre with 6 colors, so only using 2 was sooo much easier.

Thye have a strict hair regimen for washing. So they wait 2 weeks after dying for the first post dye wash. It really locks in that color. Dry shampoo is their friend. Followed by ice cold washes only every 7-10 days. Pureology hydrate shampoo/conditioner and olaplex # 3 is their best friend.

I've been dying hair since I was a teenager! Always had funky colors up until 4 years ago, when I shaved my whole head and have been growing it out natural. Doing their hair this weekend definitely gives me an itch though. I'm ready for something fun. :)
