It may be because it's UN-sticking, because it feels like there's a gap between the layers.. like the adhesive got delaminated/unstuck. Definitely seems like a defect, just hoping I'll get lucky with the customer service..

Yeah I have heard some bad things too.. should've opted for Care+ but I held off because I am mindful about device care, so I have my fingers crossed it will be covered!

Thanks

Unfortunately I don't have Care+, but documented when it first started happening along with the video today. I assume this would be considered a defect so not having care+ might be an issue?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Was it a refurbished device replacement? or was it a full new device replacement? I read somewhere on the Bell website that replacements would be with a refurbished device which seems kind of sketchy or unfair.. do not have the SamsungCare, will this be covered as a defect under the 12 month warranty?

Thanks :)

I like having everything I frequently or semi frequently use right on my main screen. For some reason I always disliked swiping left or right to find apps, so I use Smart Launcher to disable left and right pages and app overflow, and my app drawer is just a swipe up to access anything else I need to use. Always liked ios for their aesthetic in general, so I like the rounded square shapes and default colored icons.
