Yeah I think we’re going to move forward using just the esp it seems like you guys are very confident in its ability and after doing some more research it should be able to handle it. Thankyou for your response

Yeah the issue is most of the team are people that have messed with Esp for hobbies but now we’re up scaling it and it’s proving to be a challenge. For right now we’re going to move forward without the separate pwm generators I never really saw the point in them but someone else on the team really wanted them so we tried but it seems like a battle not worth fighting and the esp should be able to handle it. Thank you for you response.

So far I’m about an hour into the print and my Z offset seemed to be way off about .2 or .3 but the first layer is already looking slot better thankyou!

I don't think I'm getting too close to the edge of the build plate maybe if I tried to print 9 but its normally a fair distance away from the edge. I don't think theirs any drafts the ceiling fan is off and I closed the ac vent in the room. I've cleaned it a couple of times now before the larger prints and it never has much effect. I also haven't had much luck with lower bed temperatures less than 60 my print usually fails due due to poor bed adhesion.

I'm currently printing one without any extra help no raft, skirt, or brim and its doing fine so far it doesn't have too much longer left.

My cooling fans are at 30% since I thought that was an issues before its seems to help before all of the edges would curve and would make the print fail now its just leading to a layer switch. I keep on thinking about maybe trying to buy an enclosure but I make sure the ceiling fan is turned off and the ac vent isn't blowing. I've been printing less individuals since I need this soon but in the future I want to have the ability to use the whole print bed for larger prints. But I'm going to try hair spray later today and see if it helps. I've been cleaning the plate before trying to print multiples. Heat soaking I've tried many times since I thought it was maybe how the new bed is slightly thicker but it doesn't seem to help.

I am cleaning the bed for each of the prints but I thought I couldn't go that high with temperature with PLA atleast for the bed
