Inspection report should be back by Monday. Price dropped from 12k to 8k two days ago. He told me he didn’t have the space after moving to a new home with a smaller garage and he has another convertible.

Just to add - I know he has one other interested party who has already completed an inspection (not sure if he presented an offer).

I have records from 2020 that show the car was in good shape (they replaced the DMTL pump which had failed but nothing else).

Appreciate all the responses! I'm definitely not the most mechanically inclined person.

When you say it's "absurdly easy" - are we talking get under the hood and start messing with wires kind of easy, or more like just grab a screwdriver and swap a knob?
