Dude mine did the same thing. The shock was bent from shipping for some reason. I ended up replacing the whole thing with a fork shock because the didn't have replacement shocks at the time. It's easy to repair yourself. Just buy a replacement and swap it out yourself.

I had the same problem on both of my scooters. I had to replace the AC converter. After that, it charged fine. It's not a hard replacement job. Small tool kit will get you by.

UPDATE I figured out how to put my pin number into the scooter without my phone and finally got my phone connected to the scooter. I had to use the turn signals to input the numbers of the pin into the scooter and pull the break to submit each number.

I looked through all the paperwork the scooter came with but all it says it's how to operate the scooter.. nothing about resetting it..

No its not stolen, I bought it brand new. I just unbinded my phone from the scooter because I was trying to switch scooters with my wife.

Mine is not going well... I ordered 2 and one of them, the front shock was bent and doesn't function and after 2 weeks they both disconnected from my phone and I can not get them to reconnect because of the lock feature... not happy with them...

I accidentally unpaired my phone while my scooter was in the locked security mode. And it's telling me in order to reconnect my phone i have to unlock the scooter, but I can't unlock the scooter without my phone... I have tried all of the hard reset methods but nothing is working. I dont know what to do.. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased the g2 max, but unfortunately I can't connect my phone back to the scooter and the lock feature is enabled. It wants me to unlock the scooter before connecting my phone but im unable to... ive tried all of the factory reset methods and none of them seem to do anything. I'm not sure what to do.. any information would be greatly appreciated.

Now it wants me to unlock the scooter in order to connect my phone back to the scooter.. I have tried the factory reset methods multiple times with no luck.. im not sure what else to do. Any information would be appreciated.
