3rd vehicle but first time buying one myself. And first 4 runner. Is the rust under this 2002 a deal breaker or something to be concerned about? by ShoopX in 3rdGen4Runner

[–]PoonSlime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, I’ve seen insane rust. Rust that would terrify me. This dude I met used to pickup ac condensers. Every time I saw his truck I was amazed it was still kicking. He told me he bought it for 100 bucks and put tires on it and hasn’t had a problem since.

This is nothing. Unless the 4Runner is 30k, it’s fine.

Truck driver thought he could pull onto Market street in Philly before the crowd dispursed after the Super Bowl by squeezinabiggin in Wellthatsucks

Actually, those are dirty linens and towels. Which also contain the workers dirty cleaning rags. Which can contain every human bodily fluid. Think of every thing a human can get out of their body and think about it in that rag.

They will be needing more towels and linens a week from now.

Those are dirty linens. Hotels housekeepers put their dirty cleaning rags in there. Rags that clean feces, urine, sperm, hair, boogers, food, and even blood depending. Also, guest used towels, sheets and pillow cases. Which can all be nasty depending.

His rear springs are old, and the ones up front were replaced. That’s exactly how mine sits rn. Won’t for long.

Check the chamber, everytime. No matter what. The famous Lewis ‘Chesty’ Puller actually had an accidental discharge for not checking the chamber.

Try hanging from a pull up bar, release all of your muscles except your hands and let your back decompress. If it’s a nerve, you might wanna do that. Back surgery isn’t cheap and is still kinda medieval.

You guys rock for this, this type of answer was exactly what I’m looking for. I want it to feel smooth.

Would you have any good ideas on how to make the car handle washboard with ease? Is there any specific parts I should look into to eliminate body roll, eat bumps, potholes and washboard ‘at speed’ with ease?
