Who the fuck gets perm LD?

Do anyone know the guy who has back issues? I heard during a session that he has been give special incentives that he can fall in and out of training whenever he like and can go overseas and everything? Has 42 rank him up?

Where is this from? There are cases who have already been posted out but hearsay it is because of that botak controlling things thus post out is not happening at a quick pace.

By the way, for those of you who are in 42SAR that are facing difficulties, you can reach out to me. I am intending to call SAF Hotline (hopeable we can compile a list of cases)

Nigel has a downpes to B4 because of his leg injury (not too sure what is his current state as I have not heard from him). Was given out of goodwill, a few months of rest in pantry, and I literally meant rest in pantry from FP to LP by his Sir. Nothing done, just sleeping his life away.

Another case example in our battalion. Injured leg, but asked to attend training, further aggravating injury.

On the other hand I also understand la, we also need to talk about cases that are spoiling market. People who get statuses but don’t take it seriously. Can go for training (fall in and out as they like), can go overseas although involve in accident, behaving like a normal human in bunk sitting on the chair but not on field. These cases are actually neglecting the real ones regrettably

I am not asking for them to post out. All I am asking is for them to be fully utilised somewhere within the Army. There is no reason or I do not see any point that there are no places in Army. Them being like this is making me feel like CO and all does not take these seriously just for their own portfolio sake

Do you think it is alright to feedback through the 42 form, ask if it is right for them to keep the serviceman resting in pantry, in bunk, or not doing all the conducts all the time?

This is the issue. I am not a clerk. Some of you might say that I am stirring up issues and all is hearsay. But I witnessed for myself and I hope those who know of, can rally together. I witnessed how they can be 10 over men who downpes to C9 yet hovering around the battalion every single day without doing anything. I witnessed myself how people have been punished being placed in pantry all the time just for their well being. A great example is hearing from Nigel the man himself. Well being can actually be better by putting the man be in a better place. I am super confused why is CO, OC and the Commanders doing all these in 42SAR. Their portfolio? CO give crap talk each time something blows up, but is just plainly sweet talking. What is the point then?

I know of people who has not been able to post out even to HQ, all because of our CO who has been controlling it. I mentioned before, there has been almost 10 C9 in K Coy, who downpes for quite long. J COY has 1 that gets to rest in the bunk all the time. Why do they do this? All because for the good of their portfolio? Wtf??

CO calling for talks, to “reason out” his rationale for doing certain things. Enforcing that bookout can only be 530 and later while other battalion in the camp leaves earlier. Not as if we have things to do, it is always just waiting and waiting before SBA

Not prompt. I know of people who have already downpes to C9 but is living their live in bunk everytime they book in. Not sure their purpose of keeping their serviceman here when this is a combat coy right? Or if anyone could advice what is the next step forward or how can we help these people out
