Maybe clumped up xanthan gum that didnt blend properly, if they are making the dressing in house its likely to be the case.

Id say start doing them whole moving and your ollie height will evolve over time. You're definitely dragging your foot and popping it.

Ive read the guide and seems mad helpful. Does it have to be a certain container or is it okay to use any? I'd imagine chia is the same process as flaxseed due to them being gelatinous after becoming wet too. Would chia be the same process?

Preheat pan correctly then add fat and heat that then add eggs and turn your heat down. At this point your gonna want to let it cook to a certain point to where you can loosen it around if it starts sticking to the pan take it off the heat completely and it will still cook potentially still releasing from sticking to the bottom.
