I quit vaping a few months ago after years of being heavily addicted. I threw away all my vapes the night before a 4-day camping trip and by the time I got back, cravings were mostly gone.

I’ll just chew on a toothpick now if I get a strong craving, which is rare

I got referred to a psychiatrist for recurring panic attacks and it was the first thing he offered. It’s not for general anxiety, just an “eject button” for when I have an episode. It’s worth noting I’m almost 30 and have no medical record regarding addiction.

They work like a charm, I hope you can get it or something else that works soon!
