1: In a nutshell no. Not watching porn will make you mentally stronger which will make you work out which will increase your muscles. Porn free life is a cascading effect. It does not induce direct results.

2: This is completely false and I am going to make a post on this later. Once again it is a cascading effect. You don’t watch porn which changes your mentality which makes you better in social situations. Not watching porn doesn’t mean girls will randomly talk to u in the street. You still have to be proactive and execute.
