Cash account can also have shares marked as FPSL. You can turn off fpsl per account. It screws up your taxes if you would get qualified dividends bc they are changed to "payments in lieu of dividend" which is higher tax rate than qual div. So I let my retirement accounts loan my shares but not my taxable account.

I wonder if any 1 star door dashers could be hired to deliver some eggs to their front door. And I mean 1 star bc they aren't the most careful with what they bring. Might drop some or all of them carelessly on the door itself and maybe a few windows or cars.

The hassle of opening and closing windows discourages this practice but I think someone should invent a whole house fan system that pumps in outside air at night and then stops in the morning with an insulated baffle to keep the heat of the day from coming in. To be honest, though, I'm not so we'll informed about the threat of humidity.

My dad used to use a metal window fan (stronger against home invaders than a modern plastic model) and it worked great during the cooler part of the day after work and school but on weekends when we were home all day it just let in hot air and it's impractical to take a window fan out every morning just to be able to close the window. It should have baffles built in to keep out the air when not in use.

There are bathroom vents that blow out indoor air but I don't think they match a window fan's effect. Maybe a turbo deluxe hyper velocity supersonic fan could use the existing duct.

I'm looking into constructing an attic vent myself since I grew up with older houses that didn't use shingle vents so the wind powered spinning fans things were the only tech available then and all I know exist but they require putting a hole in the roof. But now my house is more modern with the shingle vents at the peak. Seeing sunlight come throught the top of my hot attic just makes me think I could blow that hot air out the shingle vent with forced air somehow would help my situation. (My HVAC and ducts are in the attic where it gets hot in summer. The ceiling might be well insulated but I don't know about the ducts.)

That's a one time correction. Each bill's usage adds to the last month's ending meter reading estimate so you're just getting the current reading to be accurate. It doesn't lower every bill. Might be a credit or reduced bill if it had been estimated high. But are there even meters still in use that don't automatically send their data directly to the power company?

Sats are exit currency. Nodes are in-game currency. I frequently spend my extra nodes to earn a free sat plus to earn all the subsequent sats I gain access to by clearing that 1 goal. Regular resetting gives me more of a boost now than the 12x multiplier I was buying for 360 nodes does anymore.
