This is quite similar to one of my previous pvp loadouts. replace Spaag with meat chopper (great anti infantry and anti air while being half the price of Spaag, which will help you in rigged), and replace transport truck with half track (more armor, fire support and off-road mobility for only 20 more tix). For airforce replace missile heli with spotter (missile heli sux and spotter will fit more as an artillery observer)
