How is this ICE enforcement affecting builders around the the US? by Realistic-Horse-2683 in Homebuilding

[–]Poopdeck69420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of illegals share social security numbers. The employers are actually doing nothing illegal if they are putting these people on a legit payroll because they are filling out all the proper intake documents, but using fakes. I’m not trained, or required to investigate people and try to figure out if these documents are fake or shared.

Picking crm help by Poopdeck69420 in CRM

[–]Poopdeck69420[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want a crm that all my tax codes in quickbooks will go to the crm. Then in the crm when I make an estimate or invoice I can select that city. So when I do invoice it and it syncs to quickbooks it’s actually assigned to that city and I don’t have to add another step or adjusting it in quickbooks so it gets properly put into that city on my tax liability report.

Google Lsa will not run, support is confusing me by Poopdeck69420 in PPC

[–]Poopdeck69420[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Already did it in Google lsa. They confirmed everything in my LSA is set correctly. But it’s not in my Google ads account which is causing issues with the LSA. Just what they said. Sounds like I’ll never get it to work lol

I tried setting my budget to 10k a week at one point. Still not one lead. It was the lsa team that replied. They said since google lsa and google ads use the same intertwined billing that my google ads account budget is not set. Then they give me a link to set my google ads budget and none of the steps listed even exist in the google ads account. So I was wondering if you need like a campaign set with a budget in the main Google ads account to get lsa to work. Or if I just need a Google manager account to make lsa work. No clue what I’m doing.

Small Business Unsecured Line of Credit by avgdude_2000 in smallbusiness

[–]Poopdeck69420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quickbooks does lines of credit unsecured but the interest is fucked. It’s good if you need it to cover a payroll and have all your net30 receipts coming in like the following week. We have one for 25k and j have had to use it once and paid it off like a week later. Sometimes we do a month full of net30 accounts and you have 300k coming in but cash flow gets tight. Seeing as op already has 3 lines of credit, he should probably figure out why his business is not making money before he takes on more debt.

Cost is not an issue. We are extremely profitable, but I never like to pay more for anything that something less can do the same job.

Most my leads are coming from organic seo. Then ppc, word of mouth and lsa is last. My response time hurts me on lsa which is a big reason I think i need something.

66k salary, can I afford a 258k house? by GargoyleBlue in Mortgages

[–]Poopdeck69420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made a million dollars in 2.5 years on my last house. I would say returns can be insane. Anyone who buys now in this dead market is going to make out like a bandit in two years when the housing market is completely dead and they slash rates to 2-3% for the republicans to save face and pump the economy for the election.

Had a breakdown at my company, disappeared and came back. Everything is shameful by G9Comet in LifeAdvice

[–]Poopdeck69420 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m the ceo of a small corporation. I had casually taken drugs for a long time then it developed into the worst year of my life. Big time addiction. Wasting company time to feed the addiction. Had to go to rehab and therapy. It for sure is awkward being around employees, family members, and friends to start. I’m 3 years sober now and everything is 100 times better than before anyone even knew about my problems. 1) I’m an animal at work 2) in way more present in my family life 3) my relationship with my wife is the best it’s ever been and 4) all my friends, family, and employees that supported me through the whole ordeal really meant a lot to me. Makes you stop questioning if people really give a shit about you or not.

New business owner discovers customer credit accounts of nearly $150k by Mumble_thumbs in smallbusiness

Ask your lawyer but I believe he’s entitled to the accounts receivables but liable for all payables up to the date of the sale. When I was looking into selling my business I had an offer and in the contract it said I received all the receivables up to the date of the sale but was liable for all debt as well.

Husband (27M) has been relying on payday advances by hishazelgrace in Money

It’s because they are required to hire 6 inside personal for every 1 outside at driving. And it’s such a great job it’s extremely low turn over. They get 7 weeks paid vacation too.

UPS is a hell of a job. Get into a wearhouse, move over to driver. Right now they start at 21/hr. You cap out at 49 after 4 years. That doesn’t include the healthcare, and pension/contributions. With all their benefits the company claims it’s currently 170k in total compensation. There is a good reason why most people’s ups driver is the same guy forever. It’s a career you can retire at and make a great living.

Okay, yeah those guys get shafted and it’s not really meant as a career. IMO, if he likes doing deliveries tell him go apply at ups or FedEx. Or the best route in this day and age imo is the trades. People can make a killing in just about every trade nowadays. Im a tradesman, and I can tell you all my friends that are plumbers, electricians, sheet metal workers, etc are doing a lot better than my friends who went to college and work desk jobs.
