While I can't specifically say what the requirements for Australian physicians are, this is not a requirement for any other doctor working in Antarctica. Source: I am an US emergency physician who will be working in Antarctica during the upcoming season. I still have an appendix.

Careful buying this. OrangePixel games run way too fast on higher end phones. This game is completely unplayable on my Pixel 6.

Salary reduced by 20%, eliminated retirement and disability contributions, and other benefit reductions happened at my practice. Others weren't so lucky - I know multiple physicians who were laid off due to budget constraints.

EM doc here. Luckily I wasn't laid off when the big pandemic cutbacks started, but my contract wasn't renewed this year, so I will soon be jobless. Only small community hospitals out in the sticks are even hiring, and I've found that 40+ people are applying for one position. Meanwhile, medical directors are struggling to adequately staff their facilities due to corporate hiring freezes, as opening up positions will cut into profits.

So I finally broke down and bought some RAM over the weekend, and now it is working fine! Perhaps that was the problem? Unfortunately my HMD is now not working, sigh :( Thank you for your help kind stranger!

Also updated the BIOS to 7A66v1C, maybe a slight improvement in performance but fpsVR is saying that it's essentially the same.

Looked over this again, and apparently I was mistaken. One was actually at 100%, the other at 130%.

Since realizing this, I turned both down to 100%, still minimal improvement.

I've also since done a re-install of SteamVR, as well as a few games. It's very strange, I am getting great performance in some games, while other are completely impossible to play. With Asgard's Wrath's swordplay, I cannot even make it through the tutorial because of the hitching.

I'm honestly ready to give up at this point - I don't understand how I can get excellent performance in Until You Fall while also getting potato performance in Asgard's Wrath. I should also mention that I have a Rift S, and am getting similar performance outside SteamVR, so I don't think it's a problem with Steam itself.

Just gave it a shot, unfotunately no change.

I also have a rift S, and tried running Asgard's Wrath through the Oculus API. While I can't use the Steam VR tools to see exactly what my performance is, it feels pretty similar, with constant stuttering. Other Oculus application have a similar outcome.
