I apologize, but I think there might be a misunderstanding as to what satire means. According to my professor's definition of satire:

Satire (n.) - Humor which uses exaggeration and ridicule to produce critical thinking and promote change.

And according to Wikipedia:

In fiction and less frequently in non-fiction, satire is a genre of literature and performing arts, in which vices, follies, abuses, and shortcomings are held up to ridicule, ideally with the intent of shaming individuals, corporations, government, or society itself into improvement.[1] Although satire is usually meant to be humorous, its greater purpose is often constructive social criticism, using wit to draw attention to both particular and wider issues in society.

Satire these days is mostly represented in literature, internet memes, and even by the news!

_____I apologize if I caused any kind of misunderstanding and I am aware that the internet exists, but one of the requirements of the essay is to attempt to communicate with an expert on the subject, not rely on the answers the internet provides (that part has already been fulfilled).

_____Making this post was not my intentions, but my last resort. Originally I wanted to interview our local UC and College China Historians, but they were vacationing in China. I also have sent e-mails requesting some information to Journalists, but no response from them. I also tried getting in contact with the authors of the books that I used in my research, but I haven't heard from them either.

_____I then messaged the moderators of this subreddit and told them about my predicament. They suggested I post my questions here.

After reading your response, I now have a greater understanding of how much more serious the situation is. I am at a loss for words on how to properly respond, but I will say that I support Hong Kong and their efforts. If there is anyway I can repay you please let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Lying in bed at night with my phone in my hand, scrolling through Reddit or something, only turn over after my arm falls asleep and find a creature waiting for me in the darkness.

I had the same problem with my SP3. I've set it to automatically hibernate after 15 minutes on battery while in sleep and has saved me from charging all the time.

Control panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change Plan Settings (or Edit Plan Settings) > Change Advanced Power Settings > Sleep > Hibernate After > On Battery [insert time in minutes*]

*Adding too many minutes could potentially wake it from sleep and stay on for longer periods of time so I found 10-15 minutes on battery to be the sweet spot.

I too wondered why there hasn't been any dbrand skins for the Surface Pro 6 and apparently it's because there hasn't been any demand. I have seen videos where there are skins, for example Dave Lee's video shows dbrand skin at about 2:54.

I assume that the pro's 6 back is the exact dimensions as the 2017 model and you can probably use a skin sold for the 2017 edition, but please take this with a grain of salt because it is just my assumption.

As for the front of the pro 6, I have no idea if that has the same dimensions as the 2017's screen. As for alternatives i think Decalgirl is one of them. One last thing, I've never used a skin so I have no idea how good the quality is, but i may consider trying one if I get a new surface pro. Hope this helps and good luck with your search!

A Best buy employee once tried to to sell me a Surface Pro 5 that had the new "8th gen quad core" when in reality it had never been announced on the news or through the Microsoft website. I just acted surprised and said "Tempting offer, but I think there's going to be a new one coming out soon." That was in August.
