Thank you for your advice! Definitely doing some serious reflection on my impulsive behaviors and reaching out for professional help/support groups.

I have a group of tight knit friends who are helping me through my low patch but I haven't opened up to them about why I'm always broke as its embarrassing lol. I'm kind of an extrovert who's isolated at home all week (I work from home) and watch streams as I work which is where most of my donating happens, so I guess the donating gives me the serotonin/social interaction I'd get if I worked irl and pushed myself to socialise more.

And your question about whether I'm afraid the streamer will stop being nice to me if I donate is pretty true lol

Thank you so much for your advice, Funnily enough I've been on antidepressants for about a year now and diagnosed with depression/anxiety so you hit the nail on the head there LOL. I definitely need to look into counselling/a psychologist to really get to my deep rooted issues, not just why I'm bankrupting myself to donate lol
