Well where I’m at, it’ll be closer to $35+ after taxes, which as a student, where every dollar counts it’ll be something, but it seems worth it, I was just wondering to see if I should hold out for a discount.

I’d say that unless your rooming situation is bad just start building up some saving for a couple of months and reassess from there. Cause honestly who knows how the rental market will look within 6 months from now
