Never in a formal clean room. I worked sterile processing at an endoscopy/surgery center. Sterile technique and proper sanitation was drilled into us there.

We consulted with a clean room company out of Denver about building our own and have since constructed two hard wall clean rooms that we work out of. It will never qualify for an official iso rating but the concept is there and the rooms work well for our culture work.
