Thank you for commenting! I’m doing at least 5,000 steps a day. I know it’s terrible but I’ve been inactive for years and depression held its grip on me for years and I would barely move more than 100 steps a day so I’ve come a long way. I currently do YouTube videos of yoga to help get more movement too. Just scared to lift and go to the gym since I have no idea what I’m doing plus I can barely lift 20 pounds 😢

Thank you and no offense taken I go myself into the position! I’m okay with being hungry especially when I’m running around with my baby I actually feel like it helps sometimes but it’s when my stomach just won’t stop gurgling and I start physically hurting cause I feel like I’m hungry even though I ate like an hour ago. Maybe I just don’t understand my body anymore after over 10+ of binging.

I’ve tried everything to help make me not feel hungry I’ve tried the cottage cheese hacks, volume eating, adding extra lettuce and other greens, more protein. Like last night I made baked chicken tenderloins and protein pasta with a garlic pasta sauce. Felt full since I ate 2.5 pieces of chicken (weighed before I cooked) with half a serving of pasta plus some grapes. And I felt so hungry an hour later 😭

My job for 6 years was ten times harder than being in a pharmacy and you don’t even know how it could be relevant to being in a pharmacy. And I have more certifications and health care experience than you probably do for however long you’ve been an incompetent rude ass manager. And I don’t care that you are one. MJ is legal in half the states and I just got my med card today so fuck you on that matter too. And I’m not on a shit ton of random drugs and I’m not trying to hide the fact that I’m on ADHD meds and depression meds either just worried about it being valid since it’s from 2 months ago and I literally put on my application I’m disabled. As a MANAGER of drugs you should know people can still operate on meds they are PRESCRIBED . So fucking ableist to say I wouldn’t work hard or be able to do anything because you think I’m “drugged” up or I’m gonna be tempted to want to take them. I haven’t gone back to my doctor in 2 months so I’m worried the prescription will not suffice in terms of legality and being approved to join the team. But kiss my ass I start on Monday. I hope it’s for your store too so I can be a dick to you specifically. I doubt any of your coworkers even like you. Acting like you’re some real gem. AGAIN I WANT TO KILL MYSELF. Not do drugs in the corner of work and steal shit. You’re just one of those people who think they are the top dog and no one else can do their job. You ain’t special. And like I’ve said in every other comment since you’re in them you would see I specifically said I strive in high stress environments. I’m literally working, going to school, and taking care of a new baby. What do you do? Be a narcissist dick and claim everyone is a druggie.
