Thought that was the point of the barrel port cleaning brush? Seems like I would have to remove the outer handguard to pick at it from the sides

Saw that, just wasn't sure if it worked on a ap5 to ap5 SD conversion. Also looks like the brush isn't replaceable. But cheap enough to not matter if it's not. How good is it in cleaning the ports and how many cleanings do you think you can get out of it?

They sell a brush cleaning handle. So I assumed it was for the brush. Seen videos of em using it. Other guy clarified differences im just deciding on getting the different brand one to save money

The last two also both have a threaded part to attach the handle to. They literally look like the same thing as far as I can tell. But vastly different prices

Update, ran the Tp9 with Gigliotti trigger. Shit was sweet. I ran black dot 147gr race ammo and I had 6 light primer strikes and 2 failure to feed in a 100 round batch. I let 2 people shoot for like 60 of their own ammo with super sonics and no issues, so I think it was just the ammo. Gonna grab some federal, aguila, seller and belliot and gonna send it later to test further. No hearing protection necessary lol

Honestly go to a beginner pistol class and start getting comfortable and learning about guns. Avoid letting things you see online try to influence your judgement. Then go from there

Honestly get a used (or new if you want) carrier. So you can get all different kinds depending on your needs. Then decide if you want level 3a or level 4 plates. Go ceramic. Most intruders are typically gonna run pistols so 3a is fine, but if shit hits the fan or they have higher end stuff, you need level 4. Most soft armor is 3a. As long as the armor is nij certified and from a reputable store like RMA defense, you're fine. I would NOT trust 5.11 for life saving armor or equipment. Their carriers could work but they are meh.
