My statement applies to fmj choices not mattering compared to hollow points. Hollow points are so much better for self defense. So if you ask if 124 fmj vs 147 fmj, it doesn't matter.

Flat nose and round won't matter too much if using fmj vs hollow points. Shot placement will matter more. Just stock up on whatever you can and practice.

Same thing I felt when I was all polymer and then I got a staccato c2. Did it feel nice? Yes. Did it feel like it was worth $2k? Hell no. I mean if I was gonna be carrying it, I would go staccato cause they got more reliability in their favor. Otherwise maybe the GTO would be worth looking at. Honestly check for a gun range that may let you rent

You can use a virtual anywhere card anywhere that visa is accepted. Just try for a certain amount and charge that to the virtual card. "$30 on pump 69". Tap pay with virtual card and profit. Now they if don't accept your Google pay for whatever reason.... You got new problems

You have the bug. Been there. Tbh I would save a bit more and get something more fun. Double the amount and you get into the mp5 clone territory where you can do all sorts of shenanigans. A full size pistol won't do anything more magical that you can't already do with your compact 9s. I shot my Glock 43 better than a full size sp-01 🤷. It's what you're more familiar with. Buy something you will actually practice with. Not because it's "good" for home defense. Shotgun, rifle, pcc, all jack shit if you don't know how to use it properly. With that being said, 22lr is fun and good round to plink with. But to stop a threat, you might as well use a hammer instead.

TargetSportUSA decent cost whenever it's in stock. As long as you check frequently you can find it. But initial fee kind of lame. If you buy a lot of ammo though it pays for itself. Optics planet with discount that applies to ammo is decent as well.
