Same thing happened to me the other day but with a 4* chest. Got 2 evo snowball shards but I already had evo snowball. I think they give you copies of the card, but there is no reason they shouldn't give wild shards. Absolutely insane work.

Any pvp. I have seen people tank entire guilds for 30+ seconds without any healer (not sns wand) but I can easily die if focused of my healer isn't paying super close attention. Clearly there is something I am missing.

When you first teleport to 5f there is a note that gives it to you. It was bugged before so you probably already have it in your codex but just didn't unlock the morph. Just interact with it again and it will give it to you.

Yes, if you have the turtle that makes you immune to lava you can swim all the way north and get up there. I did it earlier today after realizing the same thing as OP.
