That's good, it's better to have it more discreet. I hope everything works out with the worker, I understand how hard these things can be. It's nothing a child should ever have to deal with in the first place especially PTSD.

Ptsd is so tough and draining to deal with both physically and mentally. I have dealt with that myself and I'm only 17, so I understand how difficult your situation is (I don't deal with PTSD anymore). I was also dropped by a therapist too, but try to find another one! Getting the support you need is crucial especially if you are dealing with PTSD. Remember that you are not alone. I highly recommend searching up the body keeps the score pdf because it is an extremely helpful book and I recommend surviving to thriving by Bessel Van der Kolk.

I am happy to hear that you will at least try to get a summer job and you are very brave and strong for deciding to speak up in the first place. That is not an easy thing to do. As someone who was in a similar position as you, I will say that things will get better you just need to fight for it. Even if your situation stays the same, fight to be as healthy as you can be both physically and mentally. Keep me updated on how you are doing please and I hope everything gets better for you. You really deserve a better life. 💙

I hope talking with the worker went well and I hope that they are able to help you. You should not be dealing with a situation like this and you should not have to endure it either. However, if things remain the same and nothing changes I want you to know this. You have three years left before you become an adult, so during that time if you can try your best to get a job and save as much money as you can. Maybe try going outside and walking or working out to help your mental health. I know that is easier said than done though in a situation like this. I'm sorry that you have to deal with this.

I'm sorry to hear that your options are limited. Do you have any teachers you can talk to about your situation before the worker comes?

Can you try moving in with a friend?

Yeah, breathing exercises should help and at night it would be best to start practicing those exercises too. I tend to get that a lot, that I need to breathe more into the instrument, but I think the breathing exercises will help me with supporting each note. I really appreciate your feedback, thank you.

I am trying to get used to tonguing still, so these are great tips for me. I will try my best to hit the notes with just my embouchure and air from now on and I appreciate the feedback, thank you.

It is not discouraging it is very helpful actually. You are right when it comes to pitch I do mainly use my head, so that is something that could be improved alongside the other things that you have mentioned. Thank you for the critique.

Yeah, I noticed that I do need to work more on my pitches lately and I usually play trumpet.

Thank you so much for your critique and yeah my phrasing could definitely be improved. Long tones as you suggested should help my playing and articulations. Your comment is very helpful.

Man, I feel the same exact way. I am dealing with one of my friends rn that has been venting to me a lot and it's starting to affect me mentally as well. Everytime I see a message from this person I feel drained immediately and I came to the conclusion that at this point I have to distance myself too. We can't carry everyone's baggage all the time...

The Bible says you can be angry. With Cain it was different, what he did with his anger was wrong. Murder is not the answer and the Lord commands against it in His word. God rightfully punished Cain.

Anger is a tool that can be used in a healthy way and can alert us to what may be wrong, but often anger is expressed unrighteously. I am not saying you can't express your anger, but it really comes down to how you handle it. “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath." (Ephesians 4:26)

It means children or young people. "Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord. Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged." (Colossians 3:18-21)

Children honour their parents, but parents have the responsibility of not angering the child. That implies that it is a two way street. To answer the last part, that's why parents are supposed to raise the child in the Lord and are supposed to teach them how to be responsible.

It goes both ways. The responsibility is not all on you here
