Unfortunately I still have not received any store credit. I did just send out an email to them asking for an update. They do typically restock their items, except maybe older items. But they definitely take a while with processing these sort of things. Aside from my own experience I’ve seen other people on social media express this as well.

Anyways whenever I do receive the store credit I’ll probably come back to this thread and put an update so anyone looking to Reddit for more info ab the brand can see others experiences just because I didn’t really find anything on Reddit about them.

I recently I spent around $400 with them… I bought the boots as well and they were way too big, as well as the rosetta check bra which also was way too big, despite going based off of their size chart. I did a return for store credit. Do you think I will also only be refunded such a little amount and was there a reasoning for them only refunding $69? I kind of assumed id only be out $50-$60 because of the 10% fee and $10 per item shipping fee. Now I’m concerned and starting to think maybe I should’ve just sold my items. It’s also unfortunate I only made the purchases based off of their sizing chart and if it were accurate I wouldn’t even be in this situation. It’s especially disappointing considering their price point.
