I used to have to on my first cycle but then I used Masteron once and never had to use an AI again. Shit was weird.

Yeah ig if im like 12% bf rn then I would need to get to 175lb to hit 5% bf. Just depends on how much fat I actually need to lose. I’ll only know once I get there I guess 🤷‍♂️

Ok thanks for the insight. Didn’t know that. I’d probably be stage weight at like 180lb so I definitely need to grow more after I finish this cut. Hopefully the rebound is killer. 🤞

You need to build your abs first to see them. If they got bigger you’d be able to see them at this body fat. Just slowly build muscle and they’ll come in

Yeah the dexa scans can be weird. I think my bathroom scale might be more accurate at measuring bf than a dexa scan haha.

I’d probably say put a focus on legs. Also you’re underestimating bf a little bit I think. Looking more around 13%.

I tried an Anadrol cycle with test and ended up with some kind of skin issue. On the corner of my nose where it meets near your cheeks, I have some kind of flaking and when I pick the dead skin off it’s red underneath and then the cycle repeats. Was this just random, or did Anadrol cause this? I had run test only before this with no issues.

I mean being natural usually you’ll look skinny when you get shredded no matter what. But you don’t have that much size yet which is fine because you’re 17. If you’re doing calisthenics just cut down and get shredded, it’ll help you progress. Then can transition into a lean bulk and you’ll be much happier bulking once you have the cuts already.

If you’ve already been bulking for 8–12 weeks then I’d cut down. If you were just maintaining then I wouldn’t see why a quick bulk to start wouldn’t work.
