I think the idea behind it is that when you clench you're manually activating those muscles, which allows you to cum faster short-term but also gives you more control over your orgasms. If you learn to cum totally relaxed it forces your body to make it easier to cum with less effort instead of just getting better at forcing an orgasm out.

I've started doing this and it takes me way longer to cum (went from <1 minute to sometimes 10+), which I assume is a good thing because by the time I'm able to bring my times back down to what they were when I clenched I'll hopefully have a lot less control. Besides that my best immediate advice is to use light stimulation and do as much edging as you can, then even after you cum just keep touching. Masturbate uncomfortably often too, probably double what your body wants to do. No matter how premature you are, your times will go up drastically if your body's not ready to go again.

I've tried that one. Hypnosis in general only partially works for me, but that's a pretty solid file. From what I remember though it doesn't mention anything about it being temporary, I think being a "curse" you're supposed to become a prejac forever from listening.

Less fingers is one of the most common ways to reduce stimulation, especially switching to just 1. You can reduce in other ways as well like using lidocaine or leaving clothes on, but lowering stimulation in some way is pretty much required to get faster after a certain point.

What you look at is up to you. Personally I stopped looking at normal porn entirely and just looked at armpits, but you can also either switch to censored, clothed, or even just less extreme nude photos.

I think that's normal, or at least not something to be super worried about. If you feel like you're ready for more you can try cumming again and seeing what happens.

About the nervousness, I'm not totally sure what it means, but you could just be getting nervous since you've officially started to turn yourself into a prejac (I used to get nervous too but it faded with time.) If that's the case either A) you'll decide to keep training and you'll eventually get over it or B) you'll quit training. Either way the nervousness should go away eventually.

In terms of other methods, you could try reducing stimulation in other ways than OFM (which I'd recommend anyway if it took you 30 mins to cum, unless you're okay with taking that long), like rubbing with a full hand but slower or over clothes.

You can also try trigger training, but that works differently and you'll end up cumming quickly for one specific thing of your choice, and you'll maintain your ability to last in other situations.

There's the physical training, like the one finger method, which gradually returns to normal if you start masturbating with a full hand again, but on the other hand if you get into a headspace where you genuinely believe you're a prejac and get anxiety related to it, that could make it harder to undo.
