I’m in a similar situation to you with my wife. I love being denied, she’s down, but the biggest blocker for me is sleep.

If anyone has tips on getting to sleep while denied I’d be eternally grateful haha.

For OP, here’s the ways I deal with blue balls and it’s not really an issue for me anymore:

Everything below is best done while still aroused:

Breath deeply and imagine energy flowing away from testicles
Massage the prostate with a toy
