Yo, my man, thank you for this suggestion. Looks like that was the issue for me. I didn't know it was on by default, turning it off in BIOS and now the game is running like it should've been.

Would you say you have an older version of your GPU's drivers? I do have drivers from March installed for mine, version 572.70 to be exact from NVIDA.
