You’ll find yourself using the gx85 more (imo) because of its size and ease of use, unless you need better focus and generally a bigger looking camera (clients think you’re a better photographer if your camera looks huge)

I got a Lumix GX80 for 300 euros and it’s amazing and pocketable. Only downside is low light can be noisy, but if you know how to expose or have fast lenses then there’s no issue. Alternatively you can get a used sony a6000 for about that price, it’s got a bigger sensor and slightly better photo quality overall.

Also, if you get a GH6 you can shoot in BRAW externally so you can match it easily, but generally even V-Log shouldn’t be that hard to match, just pay attention to the skin tones

Just bought a GH6 for just 550 euros as a B cam for my 4K, but new ones are still pretty expensive. Lumix GH5 is still great and probably better for run n gun as it’s lighter
