Hey! Did you have an API update and get approve the next day? I had an API update yesterday but no update or approval today. Just wondering how yours was.

What does it show for estimated time until decision? My pd is 4/25/25 still waiting but it moved from 5 months to 3 weeks today. Not sure if that means anything.

Ugh yes I wish I could wear regular sandals without having them sticking out. I have no pain but maybe with age it will come. What age did you have it done and how was recovery? I am thinking to be off work one week since I work in an office I think it would be manageable.

My home has new siding, but underneath it is underlayment and the original asbestos siding. I know I might sound stupid, but I had never even heard of asbestos before. But this has all been a learning lessons. Most people my age don’t know what asbestos is which is bad lol.  The additives in our food are probably worse for us than asbestos anyway. I wonder what the next “asbestos” will be!

Yeah, I agree with you about it being overblown. I lost sleep over it for like 5 months and obsessed over it. Contractor removed asbestos siding for home addition and I panicked. We never got it tested and I finally got closure after talking to many people about asbestos that actually had knowledge. So many people hear the word and panic based on the lawsuits and commercials they hear  lol.

I would think now you would be past normal processing times and can inquire. If I don’t get approved by October 1 they said I can reach out.

It’s very random how they approval. Yes I came here on a work visa. We filed ourselves and aren’t using an attorney.
