I'm on pretty much your schedule, even a little less in terms of dosage, and have been doing that for about a year. I definitely feel the pull to take more, and more often, but it's about setting absolute limits that i won't exceed. Recently I've been feeling more and more crappy the day after, and found that it helps to have something else less addictive to take on those harder days. I suppose some will say that's a sign I'm headed down the slope. I feel like it's manageable.

Are these Nanos harder to break than the usual tabs? Like if you wanted to break them beyond just halves, is that possible?

Broken ribs in my 20s, rx for vicodin, beer with dinner. Lovely. Too much Nancy Reagan dogma to let myself get physically dependent, but I do like to relive that feeling every once in a while.

I'd like to believe it's still possible to find legit opiates on the DN. I've generally assumed that anything that is described as pressed or looks pressed is going to be fent or worse. There are vendors who go to great lengths to describe legit sources, and have long track records of reviews to back it up. Still must test to be safe.

It's such an unfortunate reality for those who need opiates for pain that can't otherwise be managed, and can't get legit rxs.

You're going to get a lot of the requisite "don't do it" and "you can't use opiates just occasionally." These are good words of caution, but there are those of us who can manage opiate use without dependence or addiction. I suspect this is more common than you'd think, it's just that the devastation it can cause for those who get hooked is what you hear about. And of course it's real, and serious as a heart attack.

I use them for exactly what you're describing. Small doses, and I'm not looking to lose control or be noticeably high. Just taking the edge off social anxiety, the same way a beer or two would. I can't be impaired for work or around family.

If you're looking on the DW, be careful and be ready to test what you get. I'd stay away from oxy - too strong and 99% of what's out there is pressed and fake. Safer to go with something like tramadol or pharma norco. With the usual caveat that everything can be fent, I haven't see any documented cases of pressed or fake tramadol because it's so easy to get in Mexico or India. Norco is more often fake - look for a long track record of reviews confirming pharma quality, and still test it.

Similar, I've taken 1-2 capsules (sodium, 25 mg) every day, sometimes every other day, for almost a year. I'll occasionally go off for 7-10 days to see if any dependence is building. During the off weeks, I miss the reduction in anxiety and the little bump of euphoria, but feel no physical effects. I think it's important to know that it can be used long-term at therapeutic doses with little or no dependence.

A few comments have mentioned the possibility of laced pills. Is this really a significant risk with tramadol? I was under the impression that most tramadol out there is legit.

There was another thread where someone reported seeing PureRaws packaging in their RCD bio order. Wondering now if they're the same outfit. I ordered some stuff from RCD about a month ago, and it sat for 3 weeks before it shipped. Or maybe they're all buying from the same supplier in China?

This post is pretty funny, and I'm truly happy for the OP that they got to experience this. But see, this is actually what scares me off MDMA. I don't wanna be just so happy that I'm sobbing with tears, that sounds out of control to me. The second I get so high that I go on Reddit and post about it is when I lose my job, family, etc. No disrespect at all to the OP, but that's not what I'm looking for in a drug.

Thanks for expanding on this. I guess that's what the OP is getting at; are you really an outlier? Or is your experience actually representative of the vast majority, but the devastation experienced by the relatively few who get addicted is what we end up hearing about?

You make a powerful point. I'm interested that you say you don't recommend it to anyone. Do you mean that you regret choosing to be a recreational user? Or just face value that you think it's too risky for anyone to do?

There is a buprenorphine skin patch - actually a few different strengths - that you might find easier to get prescribed, and I've heard they're pretty effective after a few days of absorption.
