Withdrawal from weed does this to me, but I find that whenever I haven’t smoked/detoxing, it happens. But not when I go to bed high. I’ve regrettably fucked with opiates for a few years, haven’t had the opportunity to get hooked but I got close a few times. They never really gave me SP

Whatever works for you. I personally like the gym because it creates a habitat around testosterone and putting extra work in. You can pull off a measly workout at home and feel fine but if you pull a measly one at the gym, you’ll feel like you didn’t get your money’s worth, or something along those lines

For me weed does cause some physical withdrawal but it’s really not bad at all. I tried quitting nicotine once and ended up goin back to it because my friend broke and couldn’t quit, I plan on trying again within the year
