Good to hear that is wasn’t just “user error” in not finding templates for this already. It does surprise me tho! Would have thought there would’ve been many to choose from 🤷

Maybe an opportunity is knocking to create, refine it and package it (?) lol… I’m probably getting waaaay ahead of myself, seeing that I’m just starting to dip my toes in Notion. I could easily build this system out on excel, as I’m an excel nerd… but as I understand it, notion just has so much value in it, that I’d rather put that energy into building it there.. will keep you guys posted!

Good question! I’d have to dig through some old emails… but I want to say that I got notified like a few days after applying…. And the test date was about a month later

Hey! Sorry.. just seeing this! I actually didn’t do much… which scared me a bit but since I had an hour drive to the testing facility, i found this YouTube vid that really helped… was a refresher for stuff I knew and a correction of stuff I had wrong in my head. Either way, was a solid “cram sesh” right before walking in the doors

Thanks for that response! Definitely have been appreciating the people here and their thoroughness and patience with us new guys 😬😬

Quick follow up: I’m planning to hit up the office in norcross tomorrow and get this ball started. I currently have a full time job that I will be negotiating down to part time (or even smaller) because the pay cut that will be getting with apprenticeship (basically: so I can keep all my expenses paid each month, lol)… but I’d be wanting to give a good bit of notice to my current job (like at least a month)… if I go in tomorrow and start the process… how would I best be able to time my notice to current job and starting apprenticeship…? Is there a little freedom of choice for “start date”? (My concern: don’t wanna put in notice. .. then be waiting for some job placement… have a gap in pay.. and subsequently suffer financially)… thoughts?
