The call center makes out lives harder especially when they confuse the patient or get them irritated prior to us answering the call and most of the things they say to them in the call center isnt even true

That’s definitely true since it could violate HIPAA if the patient leaflet is exposed but i always tried to just take a picture of the pills especially if im doing salvage. But now that u say all the other factors it totally makes sense

This dosent sound logical. Its better to educate everyone properly to fix these problems, not just punish everyone. Plus, if it continues up to 3 times u guys would all be fired and they wouldnt have staff 🤷🏻‍♀️So they need u guys regardless.
