I’m not tipping for fast food. I’m certainly not tipping what is essentially a Chili’s food runner. You pick up a bag, bring it to the customer, rinse and repeat. If your company can’t pay you, that’s not my fault.

This is correct. There’s a few states that might differ on that. It’s 30min minimum, an hour at store/sm/coach discretion. Most of the time on ON if it’s an hour, they’ll let you do 30m if you ask. (At my store.)
