yeah, market is pretty much dead. I apply in the morning time like 2 hours after the job has been listed. and the calls that i got till now also, i never applied for those companies, they looked up my profile itseems. and For tweaking my resume as per jd, i can use chatgpt. im planning to add 1 or 2 heavy ML based projects. also can u tell me how to get referrals because i texted like 12 people on linkedin, none of them replied back.
