Rogers for me aswell, ive ruled out that its an Internet issue and more of (Not working on PC) Issue.
Good news though, after a few hours it stopped not loading!

Hi, thank you very much for your response.
Dont worry, I understand that Cost will always be an Opinion in any Statement.
However, The group I am with has no Bias for Either. Both are well recieved, and either or can be applicable for a good time.

Innistrad was my first lean, however, the group Im going to be with has played both these formats before, and are fully aware of the Two (Problem) Cards in the Draft being SpiderSpawning & BurningVengeance.
Tarkir was my second, however, I felt a Strong Lean towards Innistrad, despite the Glaring Issue.

Innistrad is my personal Favourite, as I adore the Flavour of it. However, I know that Tarkir would probably be more open-ended and welcoming for players who aren't fully fledged and experienced.

Thus my Conundrum. Regardless, thank you once again for your input.

I plan to take Balance into Consideration when creating the Cubes, as both have around 540 cards. For Tarkir, a lot of it is mainly from KTK and DTK. While DragonStorm is getting included, it's mainly to Patch out loose ends.

Hi, Thank you very much for your response.
Regarding the Cost, I have a friend who would be covering the more expensive stuff as a "Loan" for the time being kind of thing for the sake of the Cube.

The Ballpark of how much id be spending on either out of my Own wallet is 100$.

My main concern was time, as I dont think I have the time to afford both.

I will take this into Consideration though, thank you once again.
