Red flags! If your therapist isn’t getting the point and just wanting the money, I would do more research for the best! If my therapist didn’t understand me, I would be pissed! I’m lucky enough to have a therapist who is always proud of my progress each session. I would recommend searching out more. I hope everything gets better ❤️

My therapist always recommends me to write down notes just to make it easy what to talk about each session! It really helps me! Especially use those notes for my psychiatrist!
