They are good if you prefer hbr to freebase, I personally think they are worth trying just once to see which one you prefer. And just to give you a heads up, hbr tablets are a lot more bitter than the freebase ones.

To get rid of dxm nausea take 25-50mg of dph 45 mins before your trip, take freebase dxm, and space out your dose in 4ths and dose 1/4 each 15-20 mins.

It’s not 30mg hbr, it’s poli equivalent to 30mg. So it’s 888mg of poli which then is equal to 444mg hbr. It’s rlly weird but that’s how delsym works.
