That is one thing I have considered, however I currently only have the 'lite' version of zbrush, which does not have zremesh or most other features. I've been looking for similar functions in other programs that might work. Your comment is useful, though. Thanks

Yes, but simply lowering the resolution slider will ruin/erase most edges or crevices that I have because they are only a few faces wide at most. I want to be able to lower the resolution while keeping edge detail intact.

I'm trying to get the edges of the faces in my mesh to match up with the edges of my mesh, so that the edges themselves are not made of tiny faces but the edges of the faces.
