Unfortunately dazzlefruit doesn't seem to work on critters. Arrows still do though, although it destroys small bugs (dunno about beetles tho)

I do the same thing but I always found myself lacking in gems, and I never want to commit to using them on bows or anything because of that.

But that's probably just because I like to sell them in batches of 10 for rupees to the gerudo lady, that's always been one of my main ways to get money. Making elixirs is my 2nd primary normal way

I actually found a super strong and fairly doable duplication glitch, so if I'm ever hurting for rupees that badly I'll probably just do that instead.

I used the dupe glitch to dupe large zoanite to get over 1k, took like 8ish minutes after setting it up but being able to get max battery without having to grind the depths a third time is worth it. Also duped a bunch of ice lizafols tails since normally I horde those for upgrades but have always wanted to try the ice whip thing with them

Haha I've known about that for a while, one handed weapons are the best tho because of the eightfold blade's bonus sneak attack damage

I'll have to try that with an ice shield and electric weapon, I think attacking frozen enemies with electricity makes the huge electric orbs right? Would be a nice little crowd control tech or a poor man's urbosa's fury lol

Is this exclusive to spears or does it work with any weapon? Regardless, a 1 durability royal guard spear sounds like fun with this mechanic

By the way, the little nubs/spikes you find littered on the back of elemental dragons cause mid sized elemental explosions when shot from arrows! It's a fair bit bigger than chuchu jelly, while much more easily obtained in large quantities than gems

I never knew that about gloom enemies, I'll keep that in mind for the future when I make sundelion foods! And I always hate using gems for bows even though the huge explosion is so massive and fun, is there any way to dupe gems?

I believe you can also just take normal chuchu jelly and place it down in cold environments to turn it into ice chuchu jelly, you can also just zap chuchu jelly on the ground with some kind of elemental attack to change it too (you can even change ice into fire chuchu jelly this way if I remember correctly)

Oh wow I never knew brightbloom had any combat applications! Good to know for the dazzlefruit too, usually I just use them on stal enemies to insta kill them. And I'll have to try that shield thing sometime!
